From Graffiti to FIFA: The Creative Rise of Lorenzo Tondini
"To be honest, there wasn’t a specific moment when I realized I wanted to become a graphic designer. My journey has been more of a continuous evolution, a gradual development of skills.
Maybe after a few projects, and the appreciation I received from people in the industry (and beyond), I started to see that something important could really grow from it.
The project that really made me stop and think, “Okay, this is something big,” was definitely the one with FIFA and Blanco. I had the opportunity to design a football kit that would be featured in the game—an incredible experience.
My biggest influences—though they might sound cliché—are definitely art in all its forms: graffiti, paintings, sculptures. And of course, music. I listen to a lot of it, across many genres, and I always try to draw inspiration from what I hear. With my work, I aim to eventually lead entire creative projects and share what I do with as many people as possible.
Maybe one day, I’ll be able to inspire someone the same way others have inspired me. That, I believe, is my biggest goal."
